02.1What we do
Identification of opportunities and supply counterparties in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa for end customers in Europe and the Americas. Every counterparty undergoes documented due diligence and preliminary verification of regulatory feasibility before any commercial steps are taken.
Letters of intent, non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements, commercial offers, supply contracts, and due diligence (KYC) and end-user files. Drafting, negotiation and version control with full traceability from start to finish.
Coordination of export, import and transit licences with the competent Spanish authority, end-user certificates and foreign trade control documentation for defence materiel, in cooperation with specialised advisers.
Milestone-based payment structures, banking instruments (letters of credit and bank guarantees), independent pre-shipment inspection and high-level logistics coordination through to delivery to the authorised end user.
02.2Materiel scope
Weapons with a calibre of less than 20 mm and essential components.
Ammunition, devices and their components.
Military ground vehicles and their components.
Explosives, propellants and related substances.
Aircraft, related equipment and components.
Armoured or protective equipment and constructions.
Categories in accordance with the Defence Materiel List (Annex I, Royal Decree 679/2014). Every transaction remains subject, in each case, to the required authorisations from the competent authority.
02.3Specialisation
Within the Defence Materiel List, category ML8 is where our specialisation runs deepest: secondary explosives (RDX, TNT), plastic explosives and artillery propellants. A transaction in energetic materials is not a sale and purchase: it is an exercise in regulatory, logistical and documentary precision.
Military specifications, technical data sheets and certificates of analysis. Sample management and independent pre-shipment inspection as a condition of every payment milestone.
Transport coordination in accordance with ADR and IMDG, UN-approved packaging, terminals and ports approved for Class 1 dangerous goods, and specialist cargo insurance.
Multi-year structures with batch delivery schedules, payment milestones tied to licensing, inspection and shipment, and review mechanisms agreed between the parties.
Back-to-back structures (mirror contracts) that preserve the identity of suppliers and end customers throughout the transaction, with the documentation for each leg kept separate and consistent.
Standard instruments
Transaction references available to qualified counterparties under a non-disclosure agreement. The intermediation of energetic materials remains subject, in each transaction, to the required authorisations.
