Where we operate
Three continents of origin, a single point of control.
Sourcing at origin, regulatory control in Spain, delivery to the authorised end user. We operate solely with origins and destinations permitted under the Spanish and European Union regime for the control of trade in defence materiel.

Documentary structuring
Letters of intent, non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreements, offers, supply contracts, and due diligence (KYC) and end-user files, with complete traceability from start to finish.
Transaction coordination
Licence management with the competent authority, milestone-based payment structures, banking instruments, inspection and logistics coordination through to delivery.

PHASE 01
Contact and scoping
Definition of the subject matter, the parties and the preliminary regulatory feasibility of the transaction.
PHASE 02
Confidentiality and due diligence
Non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement, and a documented KYC process covering all counterparties.
PHASE 03
Expression of interest and verification
Letter of intent and verification of the availability, specifications and condition of the materiel.
PHASE 04
Licences and contract
Processing of the required authorisations and signing of the supply contract.
PHASE 05
Milestone-based execution
Payments against verifiable milestones, independent inspection and coordination of delivery.
Every transaction is conditional upon obtaining the required licences and authorisations. Empire Innovation does not participate in transactions outside the applicable regulatory framework.
Compliance is not an annex: it is the precondition of every transaction.
